Great location, friendly staff. You are not paying for Hyatt so for the money it is good value. The elevators are a pain...heavily used by the staff, skipping floors etc - expect a 5 minute wait at certain times of the day.

Was there 10 nights during the holidays. It was a great stay. The only drawback is that the elevators are quite busy and may require a wait. Of course this was during a very busy time of the year. I will be back. Oh and the food is good in the restaurant.

We stayed in a king landmark city view and wow! It was incredible. We were in room 3504 and waking up and falling asleep to the view was wonderful. The staff was attentive and friendly. We had no issues catching the elevator, as all four were up and running. Stay in Chelsea was a wonderful choice and I would absolutely stay in the Motto Chelsea again if I find myself visiting NYC again!
