Staff could not have been nicer, but check-in was slow and behind schedule. Perhaps they were short on housekeeping staff. They need to tighten up that check-in process so people aren't waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes after scheduled check-in times. Rooms are small but clean. Sinks are not in the bathrooms and are outside in main room. Clean but tight. Not a room to hang out in. Perfect if you just need a bed to sleep in.

We were on the 36th floor with a killer view of downtown Manhattan!!! The room was beautifully decorated with every convenience. Comfortable, clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’ve been on a long road trip and Motto had the BEST ESPRESSO we’ve had.

Great location with access to subway station just around the corner. Quiet spot in a safe part of town. Friendly and approachable staff. Rooms were modern and very clean with great city views from the upper floors.
