They tried to get me to sign a paper with further charges on it ($140!). I refused, saying I had paid through Expedia. A manager came over and said there had been a “mistake”. No mistake, they were trying to get more money from me.

Below Average Hotel

The room was okay, and is convenient to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. The room didn't have a microwave and iron with ironing board, which is a huge necessity for me. Also, they don't have no complimentary continental breakfast or fee breakfast. It can be noisy after hours, with no soundproof walls. Overall, I'll grade this hotel as a C.

I booked the hotel for a friend who came from out of town. Check-out was at 11 a.m., but I couldn't pick her up at that time. She asked if she could wait in the lobby until someone came to pick her up, and the employee rudely told her no. My friend had to leave the hotel with three suitcases until she could find someone to pick her up.

I love the property me and my husband had a wonderful time it's walking distance to the markets and store gas station the bx 6 bus Yankee stadium places to eat love it the staff is excellent and helpful I give the property a 10 out of ten I definitely recommend it was peaceful and quiet

Property had a mold smell in my room as well you can tell they have it swept or sweep the rugs or floors old hair dust in the corners and I checked out didn’t stay because there was roaches in my room

Ash at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He gave me a great room for me and my daughter. He made our trip very nice and beautiful. It was very quiet. They were very accommodating to me as I was coming in from out of town for a family function I will definitely recommend this hotel And it was close to a lot of stores. And easy access and great parking. I will definitely stay again next time I am in town.

AC did not work in the room I stayed. They gave me fans. Apart from the hotel is good. They are renovating it and almost all looks good. Probably need to replace the AC units too. But the area is very bad. Not clean and does not look safe
