There were no basic amenities much less any CIP amenities. One of the busiest weeks in NYC and no one was at the restaurant or bar. Very sad but you can see it was probably pretty inexpensive upon a time.

We absolutely loved this hotel, we’re a family of me (37) hubby (50) and kids (16) and (11) and we all enjoyed different aspects of this hotel and location but we all absolutely loved it. The only downside was the service in the morning a Spanish girl (24-30) a little heavy set was an awful waitress and forgot half of our food and kept avoiding coming back it was something they could easily fix aside from that the place is beautiful amazing location, etc etc! I did a post on my insta of it and ppl also loved it

Nomo Soho is feeling its age. Still a decent hotel in a great location. Room was clean and check in was easy. But the hostess at the street level restaurant (in the hotel) really hates her job and is super unfriendly.
