Services were excellent

Services and staff (Sam) were super from beggining to the end. But the street is a bit noise… well it’s NY! The room were good but Turn a blind eye to finishing touches (missing floorboards, short curtains, unfinished bathroom ceramics). But I still recommend this new hotel!

It was fine. The people were kind. The bed was terrible. It sank in the middle. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Otherwise it was clean and close to a metro. I would stay again.

Not bad… still working out kinks

Novo was good. The room was dusty, but overall is was comfortable. The staff were friendly. They had coffee and a gym. Which I think they should add wipes or something for when people finish using the machines and free weights to wipe down. I wasn’t crazy about the area. There was construction going on. Overall is a good stay.

Great hotel with great location

Location is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and nightlife. Hotel is in nice shape and everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! Everything was clean, an extremely comfortable bed, accessible to many spots to eat in the area without needing transportation. Front desk staff Sana was very attentive, the gym was small but very useful, and even though there isn't a restaurant onsite, they had everything you need to reheat food in the lobby, which worked great for us! The 2 housekeeping Spanish ladies (did not get their names) are amazing- they provided extra pillows towels when we needed them, were very quick to respond, and provided great customer service. I suggested there is no full-length mirror in the bedroom, which is a MUST, as the small bathroom mirror doesn't do justice, especially when there are 2 people in the same room. Last, a luggage rack in the room is needed as well. Other than that, our experience was 10/10.

Nova is a conveniently located in Bushwick surrounded by cool bars and clubs offering a colorful nightlife. The hotel is also a block from the L line offering an easy straight trip into trendy Williamsburg or Union Square and Chelsea in NYC. My host "Sam" at check in was courteous and professional. The room was clean and roomy with high ceilings and a large walk in shower en suite and a good sized balcony. The tv was equipped with free netflix/hulu and many other apps, also there was a mini fridge and microwave for those who plan on a longer stay. I would definitely reccommend Nova for your cool Brooklyn stay. John

Nova is the bees knees

The staff was top notch. They brought everything we asked for to the room wirh urgency. The manager/ owner was extremely friendly and personable. He even asked for design suggestions. As a thank you for staying and suggestions he gave us a nice thank you note and a bottle of wine. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
