The hotel was nice and the room was nice too especially for the price as compared to other hotels nearby and location was amazing!! Just steps away from Times Square. The area feels very safe even at night. The staff was helpful and friendly, they stored our luggage for free on day of checkout so we could walk around NYC a bit more. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. The front desk attendant (Diana or Maria) was very kind and helpful. Even gave my daughter some fresh cookies at check in. Danny the floor attendant was kind and responsive.
