The Pendry exceeded my expectations! The room was immaculate, the service was outstanding, and the New York–themed birthday welcome amenity was such a thoughtful and charming touch. This hotel was 10/10. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I loved staying here for the weekend. It is so close to Hudson yards and to Penn Station. The room was excellent. The service was also excellent. Whenever we needed to talk to somebody at the front desk they were always available. It was never super busy because I think there’s not a ton of people in the hotel. I think we noted eight rooms on our floor maybe (not completely sure). When our curtain was broken, we told the front desk before we headed out and it was fixed by the time we got back just a few hours later. We didn’t eat at Zou Zou‘s but we did eat breakfast and both of us thought the food was great. I had the Frenchie omelette which I loved. My wife ate all the homemade jam fruit preserve that came with it because she loved it so much and she is very particular when it comes to food! We absolutely recommend the Pendry. It’s worth the $$$.
