One of a kind Triplex in LIC New York. All bedrooms have queen size beds. The unit has 1,600SqFt. of indoor and 1,100Sqft. of privet outdoor space including 3 balconies, 4 roof terraces with amazing Manhattan skyline views. Privet elevator, Outdoor WaterProof TV in 2 family townhouse. An open kitchen features GE fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and vented large washer/dryer in unit. These bright and spacious unit has 10' ceilings and in in the living-room/kitchen up to 20' ceilings.

I will be available any time between 7am and 7pm.
Other times I can arrange someone to stop by if required.
