The minute I walked into the lobby to check-in I knew I would be taken care of and most importantly in a very safe environment. I made sure I was up early for complimentary coffee serviced on the first floor dining space. Salma the young lady running the breakfast service was wonderful, even on a day she worked alone in a packed room. Gracias!

Outstanding option for a short stay in NYC!

Great hotel for an option to stay at NYC for a short trip (10 days max.) Personnel is very kind and is always willing to give a good service. Cleanliness is the most outstanding characteristic of this hotel; everyday they got into my room to sheets, towels and make a deep clean in the floor and bathroom. If your visit to NYC is for business or vacation in Manhattan, this hotel is an outstanding alternative. The location is properly connected to main streets and avenues of Manhattan, so moving around is pretty easy; I mean, the hotel is like 5 minutes away from Grand Central Terminal by foot.

This POD is the one to stay at on the East side. Always a wonderful experience. I have stayed here like 40 times and never have I had an issue. They also always say "Welcome back" which is nice!
