I forgot my headphone at room and when I was back home I called them about my headphone and reception avoid took responsibility to asking and just keep saying or ask housekeeping.
This is a great maintained hotel/hostel for the price. Very close to the metro line. Although, it can be a little noisy due to the metro sounds. But well maintained.
I was somewhat disappointed with the experience of my stay, because I encountered a roach in the bathroom. It's faith was not a pleasant one. The constant roaring sound of trains were not a desired feature of a stay to be considered a repeat option.
Where is hostel that I ever stayed at? The staff was very rude and uneducated. The rooms are very small. No storage room no table to put your items on. You had to put your items on the floor. The shower in the bathroom was very very small. the staff was very disrespectful. They always overcharge you to store your bag $7 dollars plus $25 if you going to have it there overnight. and the women they pair me with in a six female Dome was very nasty and rude. I had an early flight and I cut the lights on for a second and it was very nasty to me.
