Decent hotel lose to the underground

We spent 5 nights in NYC s a part of an east coast trip. Wanted to book something at a reasonable price, but a good location and easy access to Manhattan. Quality inn is basically fulfilled everything we wanted. REALLY close to the underground, about a minute walk. Then Manhattan is only 15 minute on the train. Good location, close to JFK and LGA. Clean rooms, can be a bit noisy if close to the ice machine. Breakfast is provided at no extra cost, reasonable and a good start for the day. Would recommend.

Family stay NY

Hotel was reasonable value for New York, and situated 5 minutes walk from 52nd St station, where 7 train takes about 20 minutes to 42nd St Times Square for example. Our 2 double bed room was clean and comfortable, though small with room for only one easy chair. Breakfast was bigger variety than most we've found in USA, though only table & seats for about 12 people. Only had contact with reception at check-in, which was allowed despite arriving early, and chekout.
