So pleased with our 3 day weekend there. Super clean, very spacious for our group of 5 and a fantastic location to go see shows. The couches were very comfortable for sleeping. Only recommendation would be some more shelves in the bathrooms/showers. Absolutely would stay again.

Great Location but Disappointed with the Hosts

Location is great and the apartment is nice. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Back bedroom is warm when it’s hot outside. Disappointed that despite the checkout time being listed as 11a the hosts changed the time to 10a in their property details sent out a few days before we arrived. We requested the 11a and offered 10:30. They didn’t budge and pushed us out at 10a to accommodate their cleaners who they said will be there at 10a (which they weren’t) the next guests don’t arrive until 4p, plenty of time to clean. The hosts prioritized their cleaners over their paying guests. It was an expensive place to stay so their unwillingness to work with us was poor customer service. We thought we’d found our place to stay for our annual trip to NYC but not now. We value respectful hosts.

Awesome location

The location of the property was fabulous - right on restaurant row, couple blocks to Times Square. It was clean and well stocked with towels. It even had an umbrella for us to use in the unexoected showers.

NYC Experience

A secure and quiet 2 bedroom 1& 1/2 bath with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent for theater, Times Square, Rock Center and public transit to wherever you want to go. We were very happy with our stay!
