The bldg is still new hence it has an excellent overall appearance. It has a very generous breakfast buffet however the queue is always long even on said off peak hours. Guests cannot take out food so obviously everyone needs to dine in. I understand there’s a policy of no bringing out of food but the breakfast staff was very rude in telling us. She gave us a homily about the policy which embarrassed us. I was just wanting to take out my left over croissant and fruits as we didn’t have ample time to finish and we needed to leave for our Statue of Liberty tour. It is in this hotel that I have seen so many wasted foods left by guests as everybody was rushing after spending so much time waiting for the elevator and breakfast queue. Take note, everybody in the room is required to dine all at the same time which is insane as only 1 bathroom is shared hence it is expected that some would want to dine ahead than the others.

The room was clean but the tv was not working and the walls are thinner than thin so, you hear everything. The staff are nice but they harass you to leave 1-2 hours before checkout. They kept knocking and trying to come in the room when it wasn’t even close to check out time. They did it 4 times and I do not understand why. I wouldn’t book again at this location.
