Room was not what was depicted in listing. Stayed 4 nights room not serviced once. Police attended on two nights due to multiple disturbance. Toilet roll holder missing toilet roll sitting on top of toilet cistern. Guests making noise at all hours.
My room was broken into things were stolen , on the 1st the window was not blocked or locked , entered through the window and stole all my things , horrible hotel , the employees were ignorant of procedures

TV, Wifi bit rate was terrible, and none of the streaming services worked at all. And the remote for TV did not work either
Room was not very clean, smelled horribly of smoke & due to my asthma I struggled with my breathing. No toilet paper in my bathroom & I Rand the front desk & asked for paper & never received any. Unacceptable & disgusting.
There were multiple parties happening in some rooms with were incredibly loud so gettin any sleep was impossible.
I wasn’t able to make the trip. I called the hotel to cancel because I had car trouble. I was stuck in Dover, Delaware coming from Portsmouth Virginia. I need to reschedule the trip. I know I can’t receive a refund, but since I was not able to make this stay I need to change the date if someone should contact me to do this I’d greatly appreciate it. My number is 757-367-1376.
The window was broken, a lot of cold air. Wouldn’t recommend getting a room in the first floor. You hear everything from staff arguing with guests. People are extremely loud at all hours of the night. The WiFi did not work on the tv or my devices.
Everything was clean and in good repair. The only negative is that there was unfortunately someone in an adjacent room (I believe the room above us) playing loud music until about 4 a.m., which made it hard to sleep. I wish someone from the management staff had told them to turn it down.
