The check in process was incredibly quick, it was done on my phone before I arrived. All I did was receive my free drink vouchers and room key. They have a fantastic restaurant in the hotel called jalao, the food was amazing and service was even better.

Not up to 4 starts standards!

The location is good - easy access to public transit ( buses and subway), paid parking on a site (keep in mind, no in and out for your car during your stay - you park your car at the beginning of your stay and pick it up at the end). Lots of food options around the hotel - from street vendors to dominican restaurants ( located in dominican neighborhood). Nice cafe right across the street plus coffee and pastries 24/7 in the hotel lobby. Hotel has restaurant on site as well. Did not have time to check it out. Beds are comfy, linen is well pressed and clean. Towels are different story - for some reason they did not provide towels for my child ( not at the arrival nor during the housekeeping services. Well, after the houskeeping service we ended up with one wash cloth and one hand towel for 4 lol) and the quality of the towels are far from 4star hotel quality. Washroom provides no privacy! Matted glass walls, door has no lock, no sound proof , no vent - if you have pooped everyone hears and everyone smells it. Due to absence of the vent black mold is all over the shower cabine). Sink is unusable. The Wi-Fi is only for extra MANDATORY DAILY fees that also include access to the gym, outdoor lounge and 2 beverages or coctails at their restaurant. Rooms are extremely small. No chair or armchair , no table . No iron, no kettle , no coffee machine in the room ( if you need hot water you can ask reception) , no microwave in the whole building!!! Overall-not up to 4 stars standards!

The hotel itself is very basic but spacious and they do keep it clean. However, the outside of the hotel is filled with homeless and addicts. It’s also very noisy, I could barely sleep with all the noise from the traffic outside. Hotel lacks basic amenities. I was in the ADA accessible room and the phone didn’t work, the showers water pressure was very light, and no microwave, we also had to ask for an iron and ironing board, the phone didn’t work so we had to go from the 11th floor to the lobby to ask the front desk. Waste of time! And don’t get me started on the parking situation in that area…damn near impossible to street park, and sometimes the garages get full

Worst stay ever.

The room was pretty dirty. Long dark Hair on the towels and floor and I’m blonde. Dirt and garbage under the bed. The Internet, TV and refrigerator didn’t work. The room was very noisy with traffic from outside. All around not a 4 star hotel as advertised.

The place was dirty. Had bugs flying around in room. The hot water was out for 2 days and we had to leave early to find a better place. They lied about the hot water being fixed and continued to check in new guest knowing tjere was no hot water. Very shady

The people working here could not have been nicer. The restaurant was awesome. The big problem in addition to the crappy area that was a 20- Minute walk from the closest subway, was THERE WAS NO HOT WATER for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. Note that we were there for the Bar Exam nearby along with everyone else staying there, so that undoubtedly contributed to the hot water shortage.

Experience this cool hotel!

Beautiful hotel and kitschy decorations. Staff was solution focused; ac was out but fan was provided, sheets for pullout were needed and they offered to make the bed for us. Staff knowledgeable about the many questions we asked and took time to provide information in a friendly way.

I was extremely excited for this pass weekend to come, I thought I picked a great hotel for my family, there was 8 people we had to rooms on the 6th floor which was fine.i put a great deal of planning this trip my moms bucket list was to see a yankee game , so I googled close hotels and radio came up as one of the top choices, they advertised roof deck and outdoor patio which was locked the whole time. I was told the roof deck was privately owned. The rooms were ok besides for the glass shower which is c thru every one needs to leave when one showers. I have to say the restaurant was delicious and probably the best thing this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
