Complaints on the hotel! Sheets were disgusting. We had to sleep on the cover. Bathroom had mold & shower door would not stay closed. Elevator was not clean and had spills in it & the door slammed all night long. Would not recommend this hotel!!

Room was okay. Breakfast staff was RUDE! First day I forgot Breakfast. Next days I was late going down, but before time had expired. Most of the food was removed before time. The worker act like she was doing you a favor. She's not someone I would recommend for any position!! Extremely RUDE!!!

The room was very clean and the bathroom modernized which was good. However there were no bedside lamps - only a very bright overhead, the pillows small and very hard, and the blanket very thin. The biggest problem is that the walls are very thin and we could hear people talking in the next room all night long and had to call the front desk to come up and tell them to be quiet. The person did come up which was great but we could still hear people in the hallway and in other rooms.

Clean room and the staff kept it that way for our 4 night stay. Breakfast is sub-par with limited and not very healthy selection although the staff kept what they offered well-stocked. There are no shops near-by, not that we were looking for that. Price point is about right for Brooklyn.
