Cool, unique, boutique style hotel with a brunchy vibe in the lobby which I love! My room was clean and had a great view of the city. The location of the hotel was also a plus!

The hotel was clean and fresh. Housekeeping was seriously deficient. On day one, they failed to replenish the coffee packets for the in-room machine. On day two I left a note on the bed, in English and Spanish, requesting coffee packets. Housekeeping did leave the coffee, but failed to replace the paper cups into which the coffee brews. No additional coffee or cups were delivered in our four night stay. On the third day, a voucher which we received from the hotel for $25. at their bar was removed from our dresser by housekeeping. I imagine that someone thought it was litter, but it was carefully left on the dresser for evening use. Other than housekeeping, the staff was wonderful.

Great room!!…love all the detail…curtains that don’t obscure city view, beautiful tiles in bathroom, use of color, etc…very artistic. Feel on 5th floor is vibrant, full of good, joyful energy…a happy bustle, people enjoying themselves…relaxing, opposite of sedate, feels just right. Staff helpful and patient, kind.

There was a water issue during my stay. The water was coming out brown, and you had to let it run for a while to before clear.
