We visited to celebrate the 30th birthday of our son and although the hotel was aware of this, they didn’t do anything special for him. That said, the hotel offers a great location with incredible views, a good breakfast and a comfortable room. So we may return.

a mixed bag

I stay in many Residence Inns Marriott; thsi one had the smallest rooms. Upkeep is lacking. The drawer fridge froze everything I put into it (not good for pop ); the shower door leaked so that the whole bathroom floor was wet; I missed detergent bottle for washing a few dishes; no dish cloth. long lines at check in; the breakfast and location were great and the staff was friendly/helpful

A great stay and such a positive team. We experienced an issue with the elevator and the staff were on it immediately and fixed it. Nice accommodations adjacent to Times Square and so many attractions within a short walk.
