The area was kind of awful, had to park a block away because there wasn’t in parking spots in the area. To securely park your car you had to pay $25 and that wasn’t bad but the next day, they told me it would be $35. We actually left a day early because of the area, hospitality and the non cleanliness of the room. NEVER AGAIN
It was a very 3rd world experience. At 1am neighbors were speaking in loudly in Spanish, blasting music and slamming doors. The shower water was cold. I was relieved to check out and would not stay again even if they paid me.
Front desk was very helpful but the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. It was in a sketchy neighborhood and the rooms don’t have much lighting, no trash can other than the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t even have tp had to go down to the front desk to ask for it. Basic hotel room things were missing like air drying, trash bin, phone, ect. Will say it’s very close to a metro station which was very nice
Clean room and comfortable beds. Hotel was a bit dated . Ice machine broken. No dressers in the room. It was exactly what I was expecting for the price and location. The neighborhood is not bad it's more industrial. I felt safe with my daughter. The hotel was quiet. Very quick and easy access via subway and Uber to Manhattan. Excellent value if you are just staying a few days. I don't think I would recommend for a longer stay but was just what I needed for a weekend. If you are the time that like to stay in the hotel a lot this would not be for you. Comfy and clean place if all you need is somewhere to sleep.
Clean room, bathroom was little run down but still good I thought, they didn’t have a do not disturb sign in my room so I asked the front desk if they had anymore but they didn’t. I didn’t require maid service at my stay there, so I wanted the sign. I wouldn’t mind staying again there.

Drove two hours to shower and prep. No hot water. Messy lobby. Ugh.
You get what you pay for, but they had coffee makers but no coffee. A two block walk to get any, and surrounded by a sketchy neighborhood

The staff was atrocious, unwilling to assist, rooms were shaky at best, no doors on closets, bathroom had a door handle but not the locking mechanism. Old mattresses and furniture piled up in the parking lot. Didn’t offer coffee or any accommodation.
Worst part was they hung a sign for a help number for what appeared to be people staying for for assisted low income living on the wall behind the front desk. So high you needed to read it from the second story by the elevator. It was also covering a huge hole in the wall.
The staff spent the entire time outside the front door smoking.
Everything was dirty, there was trash on the floor in the hallway for all 5 days, an inch of dust on fake flowers in the lobby, the bathroom toilet seat was broken, the bathroom door had chunks missing from it, and no black out curtains. The staff seemed like they were the related to the owner and just mostly played on their phones
I never stayed in a worse hotel ever. The service was horrible. My room was never cleaned I had a tough time getting clean towels. At one point, no hot water for showers. No closest, chair to sit or place to hang clothing The site said breakfast in morning. And had a gym. Neither of that last two were true. Mattresses were stacked in lobby. And the only sitting area in the hotel was torn up rattan furniture on the sidewalk, in the rain.
Not a bad hotel just decent for a place to sleep. The toilet seat was falling off at the hinges and the curtains are sheer and don’t provide enough privacy.
The light in the bathroom also turns the bathroom fan on which is super noisey. Over all if I needed a cheap place to stay this works but not my first pick.
It was clean enough and bed is comfortable enough which I’m glad. The hotel is a little ran down but over all not the worst.
