The staff is excellent. They greet you with a smile. The manager is very attentive and does his best to help you with any concerns. Parking is $30 unless you wish chance parking outside within the area. Rooms were very clean and in order. Unfortunately people smoke in their rooms but their is no control over this.

El tamaño de la habitación es grande para ser NY eso es un punto positivo. Lo terrible fue que nunca limpiaron la habitación en todos los días que estuve, la puerta no funcionó nunca de la manera correcta. No cerraba con llave o a veces ni siquiera abría. Ni hasta los mismos empleados del hotel pudieron abrirla. Un día llegué a media noche y no abría la puerta y no había nadie quien pudiera abrirla. Tuve que esperar minutos intentando y intentando hasta que la puerta reaccionó y se abrió. Eso si el personal siempre fue amable pero esas cosas hacen que le baje la puntuación

I have just checked into the hotel, and the first thing I can say is—don’t always believe everything you read in reviews. Based on what I saw online, I had little to no expectations, but from the moment I checked in to actually lying down in my room, this place has drastically surpassed my expectations. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, which was the complete opposite of what many reviews mentioned. Check-in took less than five minutes—again, the opposite of what I read. Upon entering my room, everything was clean, the bed is extremely large and very comfortable, and the view from the 9th floor is absolutely breathtaking. I’ll provide another update at the end of my stay, but as of now, I can proudly say that I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends.

no one said you got to pay for parking. and no shower gel or shampoo inside the room!! you cannot park anyway. room was freezing and temperature was 60 inside the room!!! not clean at all

Hotel was ok. The location wasn't good, a bit dangerous but there was always police around. The location was convenient because was 5 min was from the subway station, and 20 min away from any main attractions. The very very bad thing is that the hotel didn't have HOT WATER. It would be warm and not hot. We complaint but they said the whole hotel was like this and not only the room we were in. Was extra bad because was December and temperatures were -7C celcius.

My boyfriend and I stayed here because we were on a budget and visiting NYC during one of the most expensive times of the year—right before Christmas. Take this as your sign to spend the extra money and stay literally anywhere else. We should’ve known it was a bad idea the moment we were dropped off from the airport and turned onto a street that felt extremely unsafe. The hotel is in a very sketchy area, with visible signs of crime, which immediately made us uncomfortable. When we arrived to check in, the front desk attendant was on the phone giggling with her friend and didn’t acknowledge us at all until I finally had to ask, “Sorry, is this where we’re supposed to check in?” That pretty much set the tone. Somehow it got worse. Our room number was written on the door with a literal Sharpie, our room was not cleaned once during our entire four-day stay, and it took about 15 minutes for the hot water to work in the shower every time. No housekeeping, no towel refresh—nothing. Unless you’re absolutely desperate and have no other option, do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process set the tone. The front desk staff member was wearing large headphones, focused on her phone, and ignored guests waiting at the desk for several minutes. When we finally received our room keys, they didn’t work. Instead of resolving the issue herself, she sent another staff member to swap one of the keys. Later, when we asked for breakfast recommendations nearby, her response was simply: “Google has recommendations.” This lack of hospitality was shocking. To make matters worse, on our first night, we were woken up at 1 a.m. by hotel staff loudly arguing with a guest right outside our door because of a payment issue. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disruptive environment made our stay unpleasant from start to finish.
