Very Pleasant Stay

I enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean, and there were no weird smells or pet smells in the room, elevators, or other parts of the hotel-- important because smells can really make an impression! I loved the shower! I will definitely book again.

We had the smallest room, but it was so well-decorated and the shower was huge, so it didn't matter at all.The location is perfect for access to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Broadway plays, Times Square, MOMA, St. Patrick's cathedral and so much more! Highly recommend!

Great location room layout sucks

We went there for a getaway to see some shows. Great location. About half a block to Times Square. Staff friendly. Hotel looks worn. Coming off the elevator in the lobby makes you think you are in a basement. Room was very small. The worst was the bed. It was on a platform along the window that went the full width of the room. It was elevated about 18 inches. You couldn’t walk to the far side of the bed. You had to crawl over the mattress and then negotiate the platform. I’m 76 and this wasn’t easy in the middle of the night.
