The room nor bathroom were cleaned properly. Very limited staff. Room was in poor condition. Windows were filthy. Curtains falling off. The room door kept getting stuck so you had to pull really hard to open it and push it hard to shut it closed. The heat wasn’t working well. Neighborhood wasn’t good. I won’t be returning here if I can help it.

Because of the winter storm that happened that weekend I couldn't embark on the trip and I decided to cancel the trip about 72 hours ahead of the trip but they refused to refund my money. I think they are very inhumane.
