The room smells dog pee; arrived at 3:30pm, and I was told the rooms were not ready until 4:40pm still not ready, then i requested to get different two rooms. The staffs didn’t apologize for delay at all, just said wait for 10 more minutes; wait for 15 minutes… very bad service.

The airport shuttle was prompt and convenient. The room was nice, larger than typical New York City hotel rooms. The bed was large, but the pillow could be better. The front desk was friendly. Breakfast was à la carte, but it looked more like a cafe supplied with a few pastry items. It was a decent hotel, which I had expected to reflect the brand.

What I liked is that there are many restaurants and coffee shops around to choose from, everything is nearby, and the hotel is very quiet and clean. For me, everything is great.

If you enjoy Chinese food, it is excellent place to stay. Around hotel, there are so many nice and clean Chinese restaurants with a fair prices and good quality of food. It looks like hotel rooms got renovated not long ago. Everything seems clean and workable.
