Had a room opposite the club lounge. Each time someone went in/out the door slammed. One night this woke us up. Complained to reception who couldn’t move us but would ask maintenance to help. No difference and no follow up from hotel. Would of expected some recompense.

Good hotel. Excellent views, helpful staff, plenty of places to eat given its location between Chinatown, Soho, and Tribeca. Easy subway access as well as it is 5 minutes from ACE lines and 15 minutes from the F. Wonderful shopping nearby. Highly recommend.
