Overall, we were very pleased with the service at the hotel. We were part of a large wedding party, and your team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well accommodated. The service throughout our stay was truly wonderful, and we appreciated the hospitality. However, one major drawback was the air conditioning in our room. Despite notifying the front desk multiple times, and even after the thermostat was set to 65 degrees, the unit continued to blow warm air. As a result, our room remained hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable, which made getting ready and sleeping quite difficult. Unfortunately, this issue significantly impacted our stay. Additionally, we found the room size to be very small, which added to the discomfort. While the service was excellent, the lack of effective air conditioning and the cramped room size are concerns that would make us hesitate to return.

Nice hotel and staff!

Great stay all around. There is a small market right and coffee shop next door The rooftop terrace was a bonus! We were able to check in early and the waiting area was comfortable and super cute. Bed was cozy and overall hotel was clean. The employees were friendly and very helpful when calling cabs, etc.
