if i could give zero stars i would. IM BEGGING YOU TO NOT STAY HERE. upon entering the hotel i knew i messed up as it smelled like cigarettes and urine. the rude woman at the desk assigned my first room. I go to the floor and it reeks of marijuana and garbage. upon entering, its really dark (no ceiling lights), i go to turn on the AC and its quite literally burned out of the wall with the socket attached. I go downstairs and try to be kind and explain that i will need another room. I walk to the 4th floor for my second attempt at a normal room and the housekeeper has the door propped open, i say that this is my room and he goes 'one minute' and proceeds to empty an entire can of febreeze on both of the beds leaving them more than damp, grenades the bathroom with the febreeze, then says its ready. the floors are soaked, the room still smells. i see the bathroom has feces smeared on the walls, theres black mold on the mirror. i go downstairs and of course catch house keeping with a 12 pack of corona to share with the bitter ugly girl behind the desk, i show her the images of the room and ask if eveery room has feces on the wall. i say id rather a refund and i want to just leave and she says she cant refund but can only offer late check out (as if i would want to be there any longer?). She then huffs and offers a THIRD ROOM after being upset im finding issues with literal mold in the vents. a third room is given, she says i cant get a refund.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:10 AM, but the room hadn't been cleaned yet; it took them 40 minutes to finish. The room was poorly soundproofed; we could hear people talking, and there were strange noises coming from the hallway in the early morning, keeping us awake. The bed was very high; we had to jump up to sleep. As for toiletries, we got two bottles of shampoo and one bottle of conditioner—no shower gel at all! I don't recommend it, and it's not cheap at all!

Very noisy, dirty smelly sheets, one of the customers yelling in the hallway at 1 in the night, nothing was done by the management to control it. Truly one of the most terrible experiences ever
