Great Location and Service, Typical NYC Room Size We stayed here for one night and had a solid experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and dining options just a short walk away. As for the room, both the living area and the bathroom were pretty tight, though that is to be expected for a hotel in the heart of New York City. The beds were average in terms of comfort—perfectly fine for a short stay. One of the highlights was the front desk staff; they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Parking Note: Self-parking is located at an off-site lot. However, the hotel was able to validate our parking ticket, which provided a helpful discount. Overall, a convenient spot if you're looking to be in the middle of the action!

Check-in -> Marriott app allows to choose early check-in which I did and marked 11am. When we came to the hotel we were told that there is no such thing and we need to wait. Hotels allows us to store bags in "Secure" location. Which is storage room that was open and when we can in the evening no one checked if we are taking our bags or not. We got sticker and "receipt" that no one checked.

Couldn’t find reservation on check in. Shower leaks all over the floor, like a pond. The walls are paper thin. The blinds come off their track. So many decent hotels in nyc for the same or better price.
