Hard to get room cleaned. Do not stay in room 302, the elevator has a squeaky belt (or something like that) and we could hear it every time it went up or down all day and night. The back of the elevators were against the head of our beds we figured out. Too expensive for what it was, including breakfast, very basic. I think we could have done better in regard to price/quality with a hotel closer to midtown, only reason I would choose this one again was if I needed the specific location.

Great hotel for a quick stop and walking distance to NYU Dentistry which was the reason for our visit. Check in smooth, very comfy beds, great shower. , friendly check in staff. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast staff was super nice and front desk was very attentive to our needs. The service by all staff was top tier. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they came within 10 minutes each time or less. I just wish the room was larger. It’s quite tight and the furniture is not as functional as other hotels with small spaces. The bathroom is also very tight and our shower leaked every time it was used onto the floor (hence the extra towels).

Very small rooms!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was extremely small, with two double beds and basically enough room to slide around the beds. For a family of 4, it was very uncomfortable. This is probably fine for a quick business trip for a single person, but not even appropriate if you are more than one person (which is when you need the two bed rooms). The breakfast was fine (nothing exciting). People who worked there were very nice and helpful.

One of the two elevators was broken, and the functioning one was extremely slow. Rooms are noisy; I could hear a lot from adjacent rooms. I chose this place because it was convenient to my son’s apartment in Stuy Town but I would not stay here again.

Property is 16 minute walk to Union Square area. Very pleasant even during the evening. Lyft rides are easy to get, the entrance to the hotel is off the main road so it is quieter. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant.

This room was very small for 2 double beds. There was barely a walkway to get to the bathroom and other bed. Shower door does not keep water inside well, bathmat is drenched after each shower. Staff is friendly though and complimentary breakfast was good.

The staff were perfection. They were so beyond kind. Room was clean and nice. Only con was the tv kept saying it couldnt connect to wifi so we didnt watch the movie we wanted to. Minor things!
