Absolute worst customer service. I booked the hotel stay on Expedia and when my trip dates changed, I changed them on Expedia and received a confirmation. When I called the hotel, they told me they showed the reservation was canceled and that they were sold out for the dates that I needed. I booked this trip for a client who is having a medical procedure and was going to land in New York within the hour. They showed absolutely no remorse or consideration for the situation and told me I had to contact Expedia. When I called Expedia, they assured me that the reservation was in fact changed, not canceled and provided me with a confirmation number and proof of the reservation. When I called back to the hotel, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to contact Expedia for the refund. If they showed even the least bit of remorse, it would’ve been more tolerable, but the fact that they were incredibly rude and did not seem to care less about my predicament, just made me more furious. I will never, ever book a client at this hotel again.

It’s seems like a newer hotel, which is a plus. It was a little further then the expected for the activities we planned near Times Square, but that comes with being out of town visitors. The bed was ok, but the pillows are horrible, lacked pillow stuffing to the point 3 pillows equaled 1 in my opinion, the shower-head didn’t have that full spray mode and if you like longer showers (+10 mins), the price was inflated (over $500 for a Saturday night stay, and looking at the Sunday price it was closer to $200. The increase was not worth it.

I am very satisfied with the hotel — it is located in a convenient area, just a 7-minute walk to the subway. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the housekeeping is done daily. Breakfasts are good as well. Great value for money! The only downsides are that the water takes quite a long time to heat up, so you often have to shower with warm water instead of hot, and it would be nice if the hotel provided slippers. I highly recommend this hotel ))
