Brighton Beach is closely as well with plenty of restaurants.

The garden will come with a few yard chairs to lounge in the sun and have your morning coffee, and bird watch or write. 5-10 min walking from grocery stores and 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. 35 min from JFK.
