The hotel was nice that said breakfast was included but when we went to get breakfast all they had was cereal and waffles that you had to wait for someone to make for you. The only plus side was that they were close to yankee stadium.

Excellent location lots of food choices close by. The deli that’s outside the hotel(just a minute walk to the right) is amazing as well. Easy walk to Yankee Stadium, subway

Brand new property with comfortable beds and affordable price. Good noise isolation. Didn’t like that hot water is not always available and that we only got 3 towels each day even though I requested 4. Room was half cleaned one day. Location felt unsafe.

This hotel is not ready to open doors to the public, not even the sign is up yet. It doesnt seem managed by anyone. You dont know who is staff and who isnt. Reception seems very secure with glass to the ceiling yet anyone could walk in and go up towards the rooms. It is a non-smoking hotel yet it smells of cigarette and weed in the corridors and some of the rooms (we had to asked to be moved to a different room for this reason). Breakfast choice is very poor. only toast and a couple of pancake machines which only one works. There is only one person in the 'restaurant' and they cant hardly speak English, so difficult to ask for anything. This hotel was a real bargain for the price and time of year, perhaps reflecting the area which felt more unsafe than anticipated... this is not the hotel's fault, but even in those circumstances it is not minimum standards.

I was in room 901 and 902. The room was beautiful. But in room 901. The door doesn’t fully close or lock. Once you close the door you don’t hear click so anyone can push the door hard enough and it will be open

There's a lot of building materials around the entrance. The back patio needs landscaping. I suggest you build an entrance from the street up to the front door (there's space for it). The microwave was moved from the 12th floor, but it was right, some people didn't make good use of it. The bathroom's water tank was leaking water and at some point it starte getting filled up again (at 2:00am!) Water should get hotter.

My stay was good overall. Perfect location and public transportation was easy. The only problem i had was the breakfast needs to be more than waffles, like some eggs and sausage and hash if available and maybe take it down to 10am instead of 9.30. Ill definitely stay here again

I did not have any issues apart from the water heater worked on and off. I stayed in April and the weather conditions were freezing. I had to delay showers after a long shopping day. NYC is alooot of waking. Not being able to relax and your own convenience was a no no. Apart from the, the facility was clean and the staff was helpful
