The mattresses need to be replaced. Slept a whole night with half the mattress sunken in and the other half spring is digging in my back.. the room is so noisy. You can hear every single thing in the hallway and the train is right outside your window. The hallway is all smell like weed.

The hair dryer didn’t work in the room. The room smelled absolutely horrific. I couldn’t figure out where the smell is coming from. It’s strange, but the walls in the room were filthy. I don’t think they’ve ever been wiped down or cleaned. I didn’t mind the area outside. Parking was a challenge but I found a place to park every night The shower was hot, clean towels every day. Coffee maker function TV was very limited difficult to get to work.

This was a great value hotel - it’s cheap, clean, fairly upgraded (the bathroom seemed new), and the guys at the front desk were super kind and helpful. Two things that I didn’t love - noise from people on my floor (yes the subway is outside but aside from some occasional rumblings it was fine) - I’m just amazed at how loud people can be at all hours, just having loud conversations without being conscious of others around them. Having the fan on at all hours helped fairly drown out the noise. The elevator was by my room and I’m not sure if there was maintenance going on or what but there was about an hour of extremely loud noises like hammering? Eventually it ended, thankfully, and the rest of the night was fairly quiet. The area around this hotel is pretty bad - it is not a nice neighborhood at all. But the subway entrance is just a few blocks away. I did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood here at all - but again, I was just there to sleep so the hotel served that purpose well!

The place need to be more up keeping, room where not so clean and had to ask to change from room, becuz the bed sheets where dirty. They gave a litte brown bag with an apple, a muffin and a little egg sandwich for breakfast. Overall the place need more cleaing.

Friendly Staff, But Needs Better Upkeep

The staff at Wyndham Super 8 Brooklyn were friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement. I had to request a change of sheets, and while they quickly resolved it by offering me a new room (which was better), I think more attention to upkeep would make a big difference.

Worst bed I’ve every slept in all my life, the television wasn’t working and I called the front desk to inform them about it an no one came, the bathroom wasn’t clean properly. Ppl spending money not picking it from tree…… my my do better man

When I saw the pics of this property, I was like looking good but when I got there, it was horrible. The rooms were dirty, lots of cockroaches, it had a terrible scent and the surrounding areas was like a dump. I in my right mind cannot recommend there for anyone to stay.

I booked room here for 2 days, but I have decided to find something else for the next night, bcoz this property is next to railroad. It is so noisy. They don't have parking space on site. So I found it inconvenient as I had to park it far and have to walk with all my luggage bags. I won't recommend to stay for at least one day here.
