Only issue I had was the main elevator was extremely slow, also my room was just outside the elevator and staircase- room could use a little more sound proofing. Staff were amazing, hotel was clean and quiet.

Room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was working great, staff were easy to engage with. Very happy with the locker storage situation they offer. My only minute feedback is correctly labeling their TVs so it makes it easier for screen mirroring from my phone or tablet.

I booked lodging at The Dutch Hotel Long Island City (Sonder). At 8PM I completed their ID/face recognition but never received my room code. Customer service was unhelpful and unclear. By 11PM I still had no access and never stayed. They use the name “Sandoe” in person/log-in, but I paid Sonder/The Dutch Hotel. Cameras and call logs confirm this. I request a full reversal since I paid for a hotel stay I never received.

Check in experience was different, so my only advice is watch for an email from the property before arrival. It wasn't difficult, just wasn't expecting it and had to complete when we got to the hotel. Staff on site was extremely helpful and everyone was also very friendly. We found this location to be convenient for public transit, yet "off the beaten path" a little so it was nice and quiet. We felt safe, and everything was clean and well cared for. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel as we were there for the US Open, which was very easy to get to from the hotel via public transportation.

0 bad things to say about this place. The rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were helpful. Check in process was easy (make sure you follow the email sent to you) Location is perfect, 5-10min walk to queensboro Plaza station which would take you anywhere, uptown or downtown. I went solo, and I was super happy. I’ll be staying here again

We were happy that Sonder could combine my reservations when I needed to add a night, and Hotels.com had no more availability. Going through Bonvoy was a pain because of their rewards membership log in problems. The front staff could have done better to tell cleaning staff they didnt need to clean after our 1st day when we had a separate booking that got merged. I had trouble talking to cleaning staff, but they carried a translator that helped..
