The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view. Not a direct view of the Empire State Building, but it was clearly visible at an angle. It was lovely when it snowed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely my favorite hotel in NYC. I travel to the city weekly and the Prince Kitano is my #1 choice for business and personal travel. Staff are impeccable, incredible design and rooms, and DO NOT skip the breakfast!

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Our only complaint was having to pay an additional $50 per night for a rollaway bed for our son. It was quite uncomfortable and felt like it should have been included in our stay. Other than that, great location for Christmas in NYC.

Rooms are really nice and clean. The building is a bit old though and the property would stand to benefit to upgrading the doors on each room to improve auditory privacy. Thankfully it’s a nice upscale hotel so everyone stays pretty quiet and you don’t hear much through them.
