This was by far the best hotel experience I've ever had. The room was absolutely amazing; spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond; they were genuinely friendly, attentive, and super helpful with every request, making the whole stay feel welcoming and personalized. Room service was excellent too. The only drawback was the inconsistent bar hours. It seemed the bar didn't typically open until the evening, which unfortunately coincided with when most of my events and plans were scheduled, so we weren't able to take full advantage of it or use our included credits. A bit more daytime or flexible access would have made it perfect. Overall, though, the positives far outweighed that one issue. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

Second visit to this well-located, graciously appointed hotel. Right off of 7th Avenue, theatres, great restaurants, subway stations and more are steps away. The rooms are quite large, the staff are committed, and we were treated like we mattered from the moment we checked in. Kendrick, Teodoro and Mercad went out of their way to assist us at all times and made us feel like cherished family. We miss them already, and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for another wonderful winter stay.

I really like the hotel in many ways. It is old fashioned with decor that looks like it came from the 1940s but has been kept up. Big room with a great tub and good bed. It is a bit dark as the window in my room looked out on a brick wall that was probably 6 feet away. Ask for a room with an outside window. Food service is nothing special, but at least they have it when it seems like some of the NYC hotels no longer serve. I actually will go back. It was a comfortable place to stay
