I was there for almost two weeks for a major surgery, and it was so refreshing to have excellent customer service and everyone willing to help coordinate wheelchair access and cab rides. Thank you all so much for your hard work! It makes it easier being away from home.

This is a nice well located hotel with large comfortable rooms. The food served is a little slow, and seats in the dining area are too low. All in all a good hotel which I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

The hotel is in the heart of Broadway scene. Great location and you cant beat the price. The amenities and the rooms are a bit dated, but when in NYC you don't spend alot of time in your room.

We loved everything about this hotel…from its charming lobby to the cozy and welcoming bar/restaurant. We chose a room with 2 beds and found it larger than any NY hotel room we had ever encountered. The location is great too. Easy walk to theaters but fortunately out of the craziness of Times Square. I will definitely be returning.

Edwin was always great and helpful to assist with our bags and getting us what we needed. June at the front desk is a bit abrupt and certainly didn't make us feel 'warm and fuzzy' as we were trying to get an early check in. There were four of us traveling on business and we booked four rooms. We needed a late check out for one room on our last day since we had late flights. The hotel was not crowded and they still charged me a $100 late checkout fee, which I know they didn't do to other guests after getting to know people during my stay. Elizabeth - the manager on duty - was insistent on the fee so we paid it without protest. Next time I will go back to the Manhattan Club (one block away) where they take better care of their guests, especially those on business.
