Great hotel!

Staff was not helpful. Gave me the wrong hours about the restaurant and never gave me my check out receipt after I asked multiple times. Hotel room is not up to date at all for the price. Cable was not working.

It was ok

The hotel was good. Bedroom is small but big closet, ample bathroom, comfy bed. Linens and towels plenty. My only discomfort was the floor showed a lot of stains and was dirty. It's a concrete type of floor so it masks dirt but you can see that it's dirty.

Not the best customer service

It was almost comical how when my foots stepped out of the airport I received a call from the hotel stating they could not accommodate me for the night, but had decided to find another spot for me in the same area. It was at a hotel that I had stayed at before and found to be deplorable so I asked them to refund my money and told him that I wasn’t very happy with how the transaction took place.
