we went here since it is 1 block from our NYC apt and our boiler in the building was being replaced so no hot water, that's the good part. Tiny tiny room with poor thermostat regulation that didn't work, There really are no services compared to usual stays at Hyatt and Hilton properties. No food or soda unless purchased from the in-room stocked high priced items, you can request a kettle to heat hot water for pour over but only the kettle worked and not the drip part. The best part was the Polish lady who did a marvelous job straightening and cleaning. Not at all worth the cost. Our convenience would be the only reason to return. They want you to use room service like a true high end hotel which this is not. Saw a notice upon entering that no photos are allowed and cannot imagine why. Didn't see anything worth photographing. How many stars does this hotel get generally? Back to the Grand Central Hyatt or any other 4 or above stars we go. Good luck. Check in people super friendly but checkout ones didn't want to hear about any troubles.
