Unfortunately when we arrived the property hadn’t been cleaned from the previous checkout. Bedding , food , full bins etc.. Even though it was nearly midnight the host found a cleaner but it meant a very late first night. The property itself is nice but is surrounded by 100’s of delivery bikes and there drivers 24/7, they can be noisy at night quite often talking / playing music under the window at 2/3/4am.The aircon didn’t work in one of the rooms but again the host managed this as quick as possible. Overall the property is good value for money but there is a reason it is cheaper than other properties.

Things I didn't like 1. living room had a floor panel completely come out and it was propped with some more panels. Real hazard. 2. Only shear curtain in one of the bedroom. So difficult to sleep. 3. Creeking doors. 4. mini cockroach like bugs in kitchen and living area 5. Towels brand new and not washed. Had factory smell. 6. Kitchen is not stocked. Not even coffee powder. Things I like 1. All new furnishings 2. Very good central location if you are visting your kid at NYU. The outdoor view and entrance to apartment is sketchy. 3. Easy check-in and check-out
