4/10 Poor

The hotel itself was decent—small rooms but clean, fairly priced, and in a great location close to the subway. For the stay alone, I would have been satisfied.
However, my experience was heavily overshadowed by a frustrating parking miscommunication. The booking site listed parking at $40 per day, which was a major reason I chose this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff explained the process to receive the promotional rate: park in the garage, then bring the ticket to the front desk for validation before paying at departure.
But when I got to the garage, the attendant informed me the rate was actually $80 per day. I called the hotel immediately to confirm, and the receptionist reassured me that the $40 rate would be honoured after validation. I trusted this, since two different employees told me the same thing.
Unfortunately, when it came time to pay, the total came to $210 USD for three days, far higher than what I was repeatedly promised. This was extremely disappointing, especially because I specifically booked this hotel for the lower parking cost compared to nearby options.
Overall, while the hotel itself was fine, the misleading parking information and lack of accountability significantly affected my experience. I would caution future guests to double-check parking details before booking.
