Good for singles, convenient location.

Room was very small. Barn door for bathroom doesnt offer much privacy when staying in the room with someone else. Elevators weren't working properly (15 minute wait for an elevator, had to walk down from the 9th floor).

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience due to the heating issues. The heater in our first room was broken—it kept blowing cold air and was incredibly loud. The room was freezing cold, making it impossible to feel comfortable. To their credit, the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. They promptly changed our room after we raised the issue, but sadly, the second room wasn’t much better. It felt like the heater in that room wasn’t working at all, leaving us cold throughout our stay. While I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the overall experience was disappointing because of the heating problems.

The room was cold. The thermostat didn’t seem to adjust to a desirable temperature. My husband and I visited the first week of January. The staff was lovely, our room was clean and it was a plus to have breakfast available daily.

Was within walking distance to several attractions Breakfast had very good options (not the make it yourself waffles etc that’s at most places) Staff very friendly and helpful They will hold your luggage for you if you arrive early or after you check out at 11 so you can finish site seeing! Parking is available at 2 nearby garages that are just a few blocks down but be prepared to spend about $60/24 hours Would def recommend staying here!

The location of the hotel is definitely the main selling point. 7 minute walk from Penn station and Madison square garden, you have two main train stations within walking distance of the hotel, Korea town is also 10 minutes from the hotel. The staff were amazing and super helpful, breakfast options were basic but still good if you’re trying to save on cost. We stayed for a few days to explore the City and it was perfect!

Staff through-out hotel were great but extra awesome was the staff serving breakfast. I am in a wheelchair and they were so supportive, and problem solved it in a very busy weekend environment.

Worst hotel in a good location.The property is conveniently located. However thats all there it is. Very very very small rooms which they call "suites". The breakfast is always overcrowded with not much dining options. We had to take breakfast outside almost half of our stay. There is enormous noises in the proerty in rooms from street, lifts and people talking in lobby. Very difficult to sleep in such noise. Over and above all their prices are sky high despite veey minimal facilities.

I stayed at the hotel for 9 days. The rooms are tiny, which explains why they do not advertise the size. The layout is awkward, and the closet can only fit a maximum of 3 jackets tightly. The heat unit broke twice during my stay. The towels were clean but felt as rough as sandpaper. The location is good, but do not count on parking. I called and was told that I could load/unload in front of the hotel, but only if you are really lucky to get a spot. Most of the hotel staff are Latino and very friendly and attentive. However, on the last day of our stay, we were treated disrespectfully by the non-Latino lady in charge of the mezzanine restaurant. She was rude, even after seeing us for the previous 8 days.
