Upon arrival the hotel looked nice and the receptionist was pleasant. When I got to my room, everything seemed clean until I pulled back the blanket. The Sheets were stain with a hole in it, good thing I had my own sheets . The thermostat wasn’t working. I’m just glad my stay was short.

When I arrived, the first room that I was given was not cleaned and the beds were visibly dirty. There was garbage in the elevators and when another guest alerted a staff member, they said they were not going to clean it. We decided to not stay the night at this hotel and checked out about an hour later (I had never done this before). I submitted a request to cancel the rest of the reservation and be reimbursed for the remaining nights on my stay, but this request was denied. The two men working at the front desk were helpful and considerate, but I would recommend against staying at this property if you have a choice.

Don’t use the atm I was scammed out of $200, no room service or anything. I would only stay here if you plan on being out the whole time and just sleeping at the hotel as I did.

It’s not so much about the property but the booking with Expedia. We booked a room for the night for 2 adults and 1 child (16yo). When we turned up at the hotel they told us that we only booked a single room (max 2 people) and there is only 1 bed even though it clearly shows our booking is for 3 people. Because of the extra person we needed to pay extra $40. Even though they waived the extra $40 receptionist was extremely argumentative and in the end we still only had 1 bed, which we all had to share. Not a very good experience at all and a very uncomfortable night stay. We would have been better off sleeping at the airport!
