They did accommodate my needs but initially the room giving was used and slept in. The staff was able to immediately provide another room. However the area and inside felt unsafe. I didn’t have a deadbolt on my door.

Four Bedrooms, heater don’t work. Broken windows. Toilet don’t flush. Very dirty. Toilet tissues on the ceiling toilet. Got all pictures. Broken emergency door bolt. Terrible place. Smells bad.

The bathroom did not have soap, towels were old. Hot water in the bathroom was lukewarm, room was either hot or cold( could not be regulated well). Hallway was dirty.

I was being overcharged and the lady at the front desk. Then tried to charge my card after I left. It’s nothing but drug dealers and prostitutes resigning in this motel because it’s definitely not a hotel. Staff is rude and treat you as if it’s a homeless shelter and you’re paying hundred run unless you’re prostitute John or a pimp. I will believe it is child trafficking in there because it’s so unsafe do not bring your children this is not a family. This place is disgusting.

Not a place you want to stay with your kids. Rooms are not a well maintained, not clean, changed my room within 5 minutes of arriving as lights were broken, tv remote broken just disgusting. Never again!
