Primero me dieron una habitación que tenía otro huésped adentro, luego una que tenía la sábana sucia, y fuimos a verificar otra y también tenía la sábanas sucias. Al final, llamé para cancelar mi reserva, pero siempre doy la oportunidad que se restifiqué ( uno no sabe si algo pasó por terceros) la última habitación alguien está trabajando en el piso de arriba terrible durante la mitad de la noche. Se oye el metro todo el tiempo que pasa y conste que termine en un piso alto.

The location was great, we had to request a room change due to bugs in the room. The staff was friendly, but require required three different follow ups to ensure we got a room change. A lot of construction, with this noise routinely waking us up around 5 AM.

Friendly staff large clean warm rooms with warm bathrooms convenient location for subway. A little noisy but it was quiet compared to uptown Manhattaton pleanty of good places to eat in the area. Plenty of great places to eat

Came in for a quick visit, the hotel was nice and clean and everything worked as it should have. We arrived earlier than check in and allowed us to drop our bags at the lobby so we could grab a bite to eat. Will be staying again in the near future.

Strict check in time. Upon entering the room the floor severely Sloped down the further into the room. It was like a fun house. Not level and made it difficult walking to the restroom Also the windows are thin allowing temperature changes and outside noise in. The shower never really got hot which would’ve been nice to have being that I was working outside all day in December. This was a basic three star, hotel, clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean room.

The room was really cold, the patio door let through a lot of cold wind and the bed was right next to it. The aircon unit didnt blow much warm air and was too loud to leave on overnight, so overall we were really cold overnight. The annexe kitchen doesnt come with any cutlery or plates, the two black plastic bowls were in the cupboard dirty. The room was supposed to be with a City view but faced patio and was next to renovation site so it was loud from 8am. Overall, we wouldn't stay again, but the location was ok.
