Do not stay here!

Terrible staff, terrible stay. a) check in took 20m at 2am. I was originally charged the incorrect amount b) person downstairs wasn’t very helpful when I was carrying many things - including helping with bags etc. c) the TV doesn’t work d) alarm went off for 3 hours with repeated announcements in the middle of the night for no reason

Great stay with a view

The room was clean with a usable layout. But then blown away by the view of the Empire State Building. Getting a perfect view from the bed to end your night. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will gladly stay here again
