A room that is made for 4 people can't have just a few storage spaces it's way to small for a longer stay then 3 days. Just 2 Slippers and robes for a room that is booked for 3. No toothbrush holders or handsoap holder these are necessities! The duvet was placed between two varnishes completely open instead of in a closed duvet cover, thats so unhygienic and the duvet kept slipping out! We made a complaint on the first day that we didn't had hand soap in our room und we got it on the 3rd day after many reminders und we complaint that our room phone didn't work (many times) even though an electrician came over it still didn't work. At the booking and check-in we insisted that we want to pay our stay in cash and 2 days before our check-out they deducted everything from our credit card, that was the greatest impudence! without our permission! And when the receptionist asked at our check out how our stay was and we told them everything even about the payment the only thing they said was I'm sorry for that. Not even offering us a discount.
