Great hotel! Great staff. My only complaint was that the rooms are comically small. I’m 6’2 and I had to sleep diagonally on the bed. Even then I couldn’t quite stretch out all the way. That’s too small, even for nyc.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are very small but stylish. Location is great. Very easy to access little Italy and all of Tribeca. I would stay there again.

Everything was great inside & staff terrific. Thankfully not loud because on 10th floor & I had a beautiful skyline of Chrysler & Empire State Building but yikes the entire perimeter is surrounded by counterfeit hustlers, migrants & addicts. I didn’t quite realize when I booked that on the wrong side of west broadway

Love the bottle of wine at check in. We wish you could get coffee before 630am. The loud Latino Rap music at the rooftop bar was a little out of character for the ambience.

Hotel is good for being central location and great coffee shop attached to the lobby. Very very small rooms for a couple though I was told I would get a free bottle of wine at checkout which I didn't get so they offered me extra credit at the restaurant and then didn't honor it... So I was charged and wouldn't answer on expedia and now have to dispute it... Double check your bills!!

Terrible stay. Put in wrong room first night. Air conditioner didn’t work next two nights. Moved rooms in the middle of the night second night because of heat. Lights didn’t work correctly. Card key reader didn’t work correctly. Room extraordinarily small even by NYC standards. Advertised as elite boutique hotel and it was anything but. The bellman Nelson was the only bright spot.

Staff and check in was good although I don’t think there is a bellman or doorman. Restaurant, rooftop and coffee shop were good. Rooms need work, mechanical issues and stucco makes them look cheap. Beds are very comfortable

Upon check in - everything was fine but the room’s AC we had originally booked wasn’t working and had to sleep in a 75-78 degree room. They had one person come by that didn’t do anything and the second person was a bit more helpful and let us know we needed to switch rooms. The highlight of this trip was that we were thankfully able to get a new room best was more spacious with a slightly better AC unit. Not sure if it’s just the hotel thing but no matter what temperature we set the room to - the room temp never budged but at least it was at 70 degrees the remainder of our stay. In terms of service, the workers were nice but it took my friend 6 different times across 48 hours to get a bath robe. They kept saying they would bring it but never did and one staff member even wrote our room number in front of us when we asked and it never showed up. It took a frustrated, late night call for them to finally bring one up 5 minutes later.

Nice lobby SUPER small rooms

The lobby area is great and there are good food options. The rooms are so so unacceptably small, even as someone who travels to New York often. Pay close attention before booking
