First off, the staff was first class. From the front desk people to the doormen, they were always willing to help and always with a smile. The hotel is also very clean and the room was perfect. The location of the hotel also couldn’t be beat. So close to great restaurants and shopping. Close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway. Close to subway and easy to get taxis. The only slight negative is there is not a bar or restaurant in this hotel. Not a deal breaker for us and would stay here in a heartbeat again.

Great place to stay in NYC

We loved our stay at the hotel! The room was roomy, nicely appointed and the bathroom was nicely arranged and sized. The staff was terrific and the services met our needs. In addition, the hotel is perfectly located and was only a block from both subway stations that gave us service to everywhere we wanted to go. This will be the only hotel we stay at in NYC.
