The staff were very nice. The room was small but nice with exception to the heater/air conditioner and the room pillows. The heater/air conditioner was too noisy and made it difficult to sleep. No way to turn them off. The pillows were tooo soft that I woke up with a stiff neck. Also didn’t like the nickel and dimeing with regards to facility fee.

Poor quality materials inside the room. Shower head was very cheap and would not stay in place during the shower. The heater/air conditioner is very loud and no an eye sore. No hotel parking lot. Street parking only which was free in the area. Over heard another customer complain the heat in their room did not work. A one night wouldn’t be the worse but anything longer, there will be plenty of things to bother you.

room was nice and clean everything was 100 percent great no complaints only reason i cant give a 5 star review is there were no towels in my room upon arrival and when i called the front desk there was no answer so i had to go downstairs to request towels and when they finally arrived i only received 2 body towels in every hotel i stayed in 5 star or lower doesn't matter the towels were always available in the room upon arrival and you get 3 per person 1 body towel 1 wash cloth and 1 med size towel

Positive overall but some drawbacks

Overall, I’d say the stay was a positive experience. We’ve stayed at the Z Hotel before and it was nice then also. Staff is very friendly and they easily accommodated a request for a later check out. Unfortunately, the hotel isn’t in the best area and parking is nearly impossible, so I might recommend making a different choice if you have a car. Luckily, it’s walking distance to a train station. Also, I was a little bit underwhelmed by the new Resort Fee that the hotel has started imposing. To be honest, I don’t think the amenities provided justified the daily fee. My last and final gripe was that the bed was so low to the ground. I think this could be a potential issue to some guests.

This property was located close to the city and had fantastic city views from the upper floors. The rooms were smallish but worked well a couple. The views tend to overcome the downsides but a little more attention to things like cleaning and replacing light bulbs could help.

The check in was a lot more than just 25$ as Expedia claimed it was actually 60$ on top of the 25$ and it was a hold placed on the card due to it as well. Then the breakfast isn’t free even though the website said included. The staff wasn’t bad just all the missing factors from Expedia and Hotel was very troublesome given I like to be prepared ahead of time and clearly this wasn’t the case. The room was smaller than I thought. I mean Experience right?!

The staff was very nice. Property clean and nice view from the higher floor room. There was no free breakfast or no breakfast at all provided although it said the hotel booking includes free breakfast which is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. So that was a disappointment.

location of this hotel is great. I love the room and view from the room was great. Staffs were great and very helpful. only annoying things was that day was too windy and we were hearing some windy noise from the window. We had to put the towels and other stuffs to minimize the noise.
