Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean and stocked. Everything was great. The only minor issue we ran into was not being informed that the breakfast menu for room service is cash only. But even that was easily handled.

When i went to this hotel the water that was in the restroom of my room was simply yellow, maybe there was a plumbing issue at the time when i was there so that can be forgiving. But when i arrived and saw the table in my room just rather filthy with coffee stains and others. Fair warning the parking lot is a little sparce, i kept looking out my window, good view of the city but was constantly worried about my car being hit or ticketed because theres no real sign to tell the parking lot workers/city if my car was even allowed there because they "Simply dont check" but its something that might want to be considered especially if your paying 28 dollars for parking. But the food was good, staff seemed stressed because of the concert at the time which is understandle, pretty friendly at times. My bed was comfortable and the room was pretty spacious, just wish it was checked out a bit more and a little cleaner like the coffee table and a possible sign or something about the water.

They only have 1 elevator the other one was clos...there was a concert so there was a lot of people it was 10 min wait for the elevator
