Could use a better description on how to arrive - take the airtrain to P4 then wait for a shuttle. After unpacking found our room had no shower curtain. Requested one from the front desk, no response after 45 minutes, then requested room change- had to go back to desk to get key. Took an hour to get into an acceptable room. Thought Crown Plaza would be better than this.

Older hotel but overall decent hotel and location to the airport, price was good and nice size rooms. When returning to my car they added cones that blocked my car looks like some construction was happening in the parking lot had to move them to get out other than that a decent stay.

One lady at check in was particularly nice and let us check in much earlier as our flight arrived early. Other staff ignored us when we got to hotel and said early check in would cost additional $70 plus tax, even though rooms were available.

It was fine! I Except I would suggest getting Do not disturb signs for the door. Someone came knocking on our door at 9 am when we were still in bed. I assume it was the maid, which was very unfortunate.
