The property is clean and safe. Getting there, however, is a challenge. The signs at the airport wrongly indicate a shuttle pickup location that is NOT for this property. After backtracking and taking the Skytrain to the designated shuttle area, it was another 45 minutes to get picked up, traveling through gritty streets and dropped off at the property. I did not venture far from that location. Dining options were extremely limited and poor.

This property is perfect for just a quick overnight and ride to the airport. Front desk, staff was polite and friendly. There is complimentary coffee in the morning and the shuttles run on time.

It is okay. While being close to the airport, you still need to take a shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes and then take a train shuttle and then walk/take another shuttle. It is not straightforward at all. Also, the room I stayed in had peeling wallpaper, and it was quite noisy, so much so that I had to stop the HVAC altogether. And you can still hear the noise from the highway. Not great at all.

Room smelled bad. Air coming out of the AC smelled like body odor. Carpet needed wash. The bedding, surfaces were okay. Several parts of the room seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Incredibly difficult and expensive to get into NYC (1.5 hrs). Cracked mirrors, sink, generally in need of repair.
