Lobby, restaurant, hallways, and guest room were all very clean. The property is a little older but very well taken care of. No mold, no frayed carpets, everything was very clean. All staff members encountered were friendly and professional.

I booked this hotel after I’ve been to a different Crown Plaza and had a wonderful time. This hotel felt old. The room had a dirty feeling, it was dark, 2 bedside outlets didn't work, the AC didn't work, the shower head was blocked and only half worked. I only had about 5 hours there, but it’s probably a hotel I won't go back to

We had to ask for conditioner as it had 2 shampoos and body lotion in shower, bedding had multiple stains, past visitors garbage was left in room. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful.
