Everything was great about this property HOWEVER they do not accept Apple Pay for deposit. My room was fully paid via a booking on Expedia, but I checked in with only Apple Pay on hand and they wouldn’t accept or let me check in. Was a bummer because I was checking in just to sleep for 3 hours before a flight but then had to go to an ATM and withdraw $100 (via Apple Pay!) to give them cash. It’s 2025 but take your physical credit card I guess.

I chose to book at this hotel because a shuttle service was offered from the airport. However no instructions were ever provided and when we arrived at the airport we had no cell service to contact the hotel. We asked a couple of airport security personnel if they had knowledge regarding the shuttle. There were signs indicating where to go for one other hotel shuttle service but not this one. The instructions provided were very confusing and ambiguous…suggesting we had to take more than one bus to find our pick up point. Instead of risking getting lost and stranded we chose to spend the night at the airport waiting for our connecting flight in the morning instead of resting at the hotel that we booked. It would have been nice to have received the information that we needed prior to departure. It made for an exhausting journey and we still had to pay for the room that we could not use.
