EVERY ONE there was some.very nice. Especially with the emergency that presented it self and the way they helped me in a time off need. True professional staff from the cleaning staff to upper management. I can't remember all the front end staff but they were very helpful and kind. I will stay here when in Newark. Way better than other reviews suggested!

We decided to try the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport regardless of the mediocre reviews. The location was perfect for our needs and the price is really good. We were so happy with our stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes, it could probably use some updating but it’s not glaringly obvious. The staff was great. We will definitely use this hotel as our Newark resource. Thanks!

A little bit noisy at night, you can hear the AC & the traffic since its near the highway. The room is outdated, paint chips and bathtub faucet/shower was half fuctional

Overall good experience. I would definitely stay here again. Clean, convenient and reasonably priced. My only complaint would be the shuttle service. I arrived at Newark International airport late. Hotel stopped answering the phone, so I took an Uber. Other than that, good stay.
