Hotel lobby was in good shape and clean/updated however the rooms and hallways are in terrible need of a rennovation. They are old, carpet in very poor condition, outlets were so old that they couldn't hold in chargers, bathroom old etc.

Checkin and checkout staff were aloof and condescending. Hiring practices need a serious overhaul. Issues reported IHG a few days ago and no response was received. Highlights were the snack bar staff member and the airport shuttle driver.

Another early morning flight so we of course stayed at Crowne Plaza for a good nights sleep the night before the flight. We were greeted once again by our FAVORITE front desk manager, Jeff. We feel welcomed and well cared for upon arrival by Jeff. He goes out of his way to make sure we have a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. It really makes a difference when you’re treated like old friends. Thanks, Jeff.
