They failed to mention that there’s a huge club every single night that’s open until 2 AM and you can hear it clear as day through the “sound proof walls” also lots of ppl smoke if weed that pretty sure we got a contact high and we ended up leaving to get better sleep at the airport

Unsatisfied frustrated , walked in to a bunch of men smoking marijuana. The front desk was so unprofessional. Not sure why the cleaning lady was knocking on my door at so early? The coffee machine was broken, sink was clogged I have to say terrible night.

EVERY ONE there was some.very nice. Especially with the emergency that presented it self and the way they helped me in a time off need. True professional staff from the cleaning staff to upper management. I can't remember all the front end staff but they were very helpful and kind. I will stay here when in Newark. Way better than other reviews suggested!

We decided to try the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport regardless of the mediocre reviews. The location was perfect for our needs and the price is really good. We were so happy with our stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes, it could probably use some updating but it’s not glaringly obvious. The staff was great. We will definitely use this hotel as our Newark resource. Thanks!
