Receptionist wasn’t responsive and Neil things got out of hand. We were told that housekeeping wasn’t available on weekends due to Covid. It’s 2026! Don’t lie to me and think im so stupid that I just take whatever you tell me. Bar tender was loud and assumed that the drink I ordered was out of my price range and questioned me numerous times before getting my drink.

Simple hotel. Nothing extravagant or fancy, just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway and an affordable stay close to New York. Staff was responsive, helped us quickly with an issue we had with our room card. Room was clean. Bus stop to Manhattan across the street (no sidewalk, so caution is needed), gets you to Port Authority Bus Terminal quickly.
