Great spot for visiting Manhattan NYC

My short stay was great. Convenient spot to visit Manhattan by train from Penn Station Newark. The hotel has an excellent services.

The best thing about this property was the gym and the cookies. The lobby, bar and community seating area were nice but the rooms were disappointing. Our hotel room had dirty carpet and holes in the bathroom walls. The ice machine on 2 different floors were out there of ice. On the day we were checking out, housekeeping tried to enter my room at 8am. Thankfully I had the door bolted. You would think housekeeping would communicate with the front desk and know we were checking out that day. Overall our 4 night stay was average at best.
