Check in was great and the staff seems very nice. The main lobby area is also very nice, however, our actual hotel room is dirty, especially the bathroom with blood stains on the tile grout and “splashes” of blood on the walls. Paint is chipped everywhere, repainted in different colours and very run down looking. Our “patio” sliding door leading to the balcony overlooking the pool barely works and gets jammed up as soon as you try to open it. It is a 2 star hotel with lobby lipstick.

Check-in took 45 minutes in line and only 1 worker for all the line , The room smelled like marijuana, and the door locks were broken. They changed my room, but it wasn’t the same type — it looked older and poorly maintained. The windows were dirty, and overall the place felt neglected. It was very disappointing. This isn’t my first time staying at a Hilton property, but the experience at this hotel was definitely unpleasant. We also had an issue with parking — even though you have to pay to have a spot, when we returned to the hotel the parking lot was full, and people were parking on the grass and in the middle of the street. It was a total mess with zero organization or care.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. This is the worst Hilton hotel on the planet? Why? Because you’re paying a lot of money for the most rundown hotel in the area. The other hotels around the area are 10x more well-kept. The beds here are sinking beds because of how old and used they are, mattresses probably haven’t been changed in ages. There was also a parking problem where the parking was completely full and we had to park far off on the streets and walk for a bit to get to the hotel. It was ridiculous. I rarely ever post negative reviews about places but I’m doing this now as a warning to other guests. Please do not book here and go somewhere else so they can wake up and try to fix themselves.

Clean room, pool was not heated which was disappointing. But the shuttle service to the airport was great and ran every 30 minutes 24hrs. Only one restaurant on site with limited options, especially if you have any food allergies so be prepared.
