The interior designer did a fabulous job in the lobby of this hotel. I felt excited to have chosen such an esthetically pleasing place to stay. But to my surprise, the rooms need to be renovated and cleaned. My first room was at the end of the hall on the third floor . I have some limitations (portable oxygen), and the front desk staff asked if this would be okay. I asked if there was an elevator and if the walk was far? She replied,”yes there is an elevator and the walk was not far.” However, the walk was extremely far. We were in the next to the last room at the end of the hall. The room also was infested with ants. They were crawling on my clothes. The maintenance staff saw me struggling to walk the hallway and gave me a chair and offered to get the wheelchair for me. I didn’t even know there was one available upon checking in. We had to relocate to a new room because of the ants. The second room was on the first floor which was closer to the front desk but the phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to ask for housekeeping. She came to the room and gave me new towels and made the beds. I asked her to vacuum and I was told she doesn’t vacuum or clean, just change towels and make the bed. Wow, now I think I know why there were ants in the previous room. I also asked to order room service and was told I have to go to the restaurant to order, how is this room service? Overall, this hotel stay was by far one of the worst experiences.

Hour long line to check in, double booked our room and we had a surprise visitor, someone else’s clothing left in the room, shuttle basically was reserved for flight crew so had to take an uber to the airport and bartender was yelling at guests. It was a wild ride.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for three nights and had a very disappointing experience. On our second night, I requested housekeeping. I spoke with a staff member who was cleaning rooms near ours, but she was rude and ignored my request. I then asked another staff member assisting her, who told me I had to go to the front desk. I went to the front desk and was told someone would be sent to clean the room. When we returned later, the beds were left unmade and the room looked worse than when we left. It appeared that housekeeping started but never finished. I went back to the front desk, and the only response I received was a simple “sorry,” with no solution offered. In addition to this, the hotel does not include complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is available, but it costs $24 per person. I was also charged $33 per night for parking. Over three nights, I paid more than $700, yet received no housekeeping service, no included breakfast, and had to pay extra for parking. The beds are extremely small—my wife and I could barely fit comfortably. There is no microwave in the room, which makes it inconvenient for families. The hotel is also far from restaurants and grocery stores, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, customer service was poor, and the value does not match the price. This hotel may be acceptable for a single night, but I do not recommend it for families or longer stays. Given the experience, I believe a partial refund would be appropriate.

Rooms were decent but the staff were not friendly , the service was very poor. Not much dining options and the food at the restaurants in the hotel was quite bad too. Other than closer proximity to the airport, nothing else is good about this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
