The room is very old, everything is very old. For the price they charge, they haven't renovated anything. The service at the restaurant and bar is poor; they never have many of the items on the menu, and the receptionists are completely lacking in empathy. Otherwise, it's quiet and in a good location.

This property shouldn’t be allowed to rent out rooms, roaches in the bathroom, stains all over the lamps, couches and floors, dust vents haven’t been cleaned probably never. We booked 2 rooms for 4 days and canceled after the first night and it was a struggle to stay that 1 night.

During check in i was given a single queen when my reservation was for 2 doubles. Staff implied it was my mistake even though my reservation confirmation email clearly stated i had reserved a double room. The airport shuttle was painfully slow at pickups and unreliable The room condition was poor with seriously damaged carpet as well as additional wear and tear in room and bathroom
