Staff had a terrible attitude when i checked in, did not inform me that breakfast and parking were extra costs, even though the listing makes it appear as though this service is available with the booking. They did not put enough towels in the room for my party of four and when I called the desk they told me they dont have overnight housekeeping. No garbage bins in the room either. The beds were very small, barely able to fit 2 average sized people. Would not stay here again, overall unwelcoming feeling.

Hotel staff unpleasant. Plane rude not helpful. Please nor thank you is not in their vocabulary. The 20.00 breakfast is sub-par. spent half the day sick from their food. Beds are uncomfortable. Hotel staff is not accommodating. On top of the 27.00 a night for parking when there isn’t enough spots because they are selling them off to airport customers. Terrible hotel to carry the Hilton name. Will not return.

The toom needs some work. Plugs fall out of the wall. The bathroom was dingy. The towel rack was falling out of the wall, rhe bathroom door lock didnt work. The tub didnt drain well and you were feet were completely under water. The noise level was ridiculous from the pool, 6 floors below.
