Worst Hotel Experience Ever

This hotel was a complete disaster. Nothing worked, and the front desk staff were unbelievably rude. We arrived at midnight to check in, and instead of giving us our room, they put us on a shuttle to another hotel because of their internal problem. They told us to come back the next morning since we had more than one night booked at DoubleTree. But when we called them in the morning to get a ride back, they refused to send us a shuttle. We had to take a taxi on our own with 4 suitcases and 2 backpacks. After waiting until 4 AM to finally get into a room, they also lied about covering the extra costs — we ended up paying more for their mistake. We were kicked out, treated horribly, and left exhausted in the middle of the night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

Would NEVER stay here again and would NEVER recommend. I had issues every single day/night since check in on my 3day stay. Overbooked, paid $37/night just to have to park across the street because the lot was full. Looked at THREE rooms and they were ALL DIRTY!! Waited an extra hour at check in bc they had no rooms ready. Phones in the room don’t work had to come up and down just to get ANYTHING. No towels in the room. & the list goes on. TERRIBLE experience and the Manager does not care. Below Bare minimum when it came to making things right

This is not your typical DoubleTree. We had a faulty sink (the drain blocker would not raise up) and a broken safety latch on the hotel room door. The bathroom was not in great shape (not updated). The bed was comfortable enough but the duvet on the bed was not enough warmth for the air conditioner. I typically love staying at Double Trees but this one was a disappointment.

Enjoyed the stay at DoubleTree. The only thing that was not adequate is the charge for parking and there was no parking, so had to park outside of the property.

We had to wait over an hour to check in due to no rooms were available for check in. The rooms didn’t look like what was online the bathrooms were outdated and the carpet was dirty , they charged daily parking when there weren’t enough room to accommodate guests had to park outside the gates.
