I changed rooms because the first room stink so bad But the second room was not better, no smell but the cleanliness of the room was bad, I will post the pics I took. I also got the breakfast cause it was included in my reservation and it was terrible, too much food, that look recycled from days , the plates still had food from previous person although were placed in the clean stack

All of the above. The staff were amazing. I just want to thank especially Hassan for everything. He was very helpful, kind and handled the multi task like a champ. He does his best to be sure my stay was worth it. I young lady that helped out in the breakfast room is on top of her job. I just want to say I am very pleased.

Floors had stuff on them throughout the facility There was red something that looked like blood on our floor by bathroom - it was not so we didn’t call but it was something that should have been caught at room checks Over all- great stay and would highly recommend

Stayed overnight while at Newark. Very convenient and the restaurant was great. Staff was amazing as was the shuttle driver. The timing and schedule of the airport shuttle was unclear but the shuttle drivers were all super helpful

The hotel was ok. What I did not appreciate was the lack of consideration for guest comfort. There was no complimentary water offered. Staff was very impolite when asked about it upon my arrival. I arrived after midnight had to go to my room to realise there was no water. Then go back downstairs to purchase a bottle of water that cost $7.00. Unacceptable! No microwave was another discomfort which was located on the first floor close to the lobby. At least have them on each floor if you have further safety concerns. The rooms were not cleaned properly. I came back and found garbage around the room and the bathroom floors either weren’t swept or mopped properly. I would not stay here again.
