Nice rooms and clean property. The only downside was the long line of cars waiting to get into the prison next door (which we assume was due to visiting days). We had 3 Ubers cancel on us because they couldn’t get to the hotel!!

Tired room, basic amenities had not be stocked (tissues, etc), beds sloppily made, and no water bottles provided. They host very loud late night and early morning parties. Could not hear them in the rooms clearly, but could hear bass (low end) and made the lobby an unenjoyable place to be.

I felt very comfortable during my stay; everything was very safe and clean. The staff was excellent, especially Jeff, who helped us at all times. He guided us on how to visit New York without any issues and explained everything we needed to do. I also felt very at ease staying at a hotel close to the airport with safe transportation available
