It snowed. Parking lot was not salted or plowed by 10 AM. Slipped & fell & injured my back. By 10, which is when people are checking out, the parking lot should have been salted and plowed. Additionally, fitness room was filthy.

Beautiful lobby and good restaurant. BUT upon entering the elevator, stairs and the hallways it was obvious that a deep cleaning is needed. The carpet and tiles are pretty nasty. The room carpet was ok and the bed was good with clean linens. Maybe they are in the process of updating and deep cleaning. Staff was great.
