When I booked this room I was under impression I can walk to the hotel from the airport. Not only I had issues getting a shuttle to find me I wasn’t the only one. There was 4 of us waiting trying to figure out where the shuttle is supposed to pick us up from they told us to look for number 5 but we only saw 9,8,7,6 what they didn’t tell us the number 5 was between 8 and 9 in a very small little letters. It took away an hour to rest for me because I couldn’t get to the hotel at a decent time. Whoever made this process didn’t have any common sense. This was supposed to be a smooth transition instead we were all tired exhausted and frustrated that some people took it out on the poor staff that worked for the Marriott company and that on its own was unacceptable. I was with three airplane pilots that were extremely frustrated and exhausted which is a no no for someone that flys 300 some people. There’s no walking path nor we would be allowed to try walking and yet I the way the shuttle was made was beyond ridiculous. And worst part is that I actually spoke English but there were people from different countries that had no idea how to get to the hotel.

Nice lobby with aromatic scent. Room is big enough, comfortable bed, clean shower. Super convenient from/to EWR with every 15min shuttle bus between the hotel & terminals. (No need to go to P4!) We arrived at the hotel just before 2pm. With online check in & room availability, we were able to get into the room. Unfortunately, the shower gel was empty, but there was a solid soup. So it was OK.
