This is the first time I was given a room close to the elevator, even though I was staying for only one night. I walked slowly, with a cane, and do have noticeable difficulty, but often have an entire hall to navigate. I appreciated the speed, courtesy and service when i checked in. I also was pleased by the frequency of the shuttle bus P/Us, the menu choices in the restuarant, and the short distance from the airport to the P/U site for this hotel.

The Aviation Grill was poorly managed. We went for breakfast, with limited time bc we had a plane to catch (like every other guest in the hotel) and had to wait 1/2 hour because they only had about 6-8 tables available and the rest of the restaurant closed.
