The worse bed I ever slept in, felt like I am sleeping on hard floor, hair conditioner bootle empty, shampoo bootle empty?! Seriously 2025 and there isn’t a fridge in the room ? Air conditioner sound like the oldest tractor we had to choose between heat or unbearable noise!

Convenient stopover

Really close to the terminal at Stansted and easy to find. Friendly staff, especially the lady supervising breakfast. Only sorry I couldnt have stayed a bit later to enjot the Health Club. From my room, i could watch planes landing - quite addictive! 🙂

Suited its purpose !!

Timely check in, front desk was slow, system issue i don't know. Received the keys walk miles to the room, wrong type of room. Pondered to just let it go but pay an extra £££ for a runway view. So mile back to reception long wait finally in my room. Mmmm - Aircon not working, food crumbs on the office table, blood stain on the skirting next to the bed....I have stayed at worst places but i was expecting more from a chain of this quality. Thanks

I wasn't in the hotel very much but overall it was a comfortable stay, slightly more basic than I was expecting but absolutely fine for what I needed. I had to leave very early so didn't try the breakfast so can't review that.
