Not good value for money

Five minute walk to terminal. Comfortable, clean room overlooking internal space, no noise from aircraft. Price was too high for a basic hotel like this.

Dirty room but convenient location

Thick layers of months of old accumulated dust around and on top of and behind fridge. Fridge didn’t work. Receptionist told us to try finding a button at back of fridge to switch on. Got our clothes filthy trying to pull out fridge. Told receptionist about how dirty fridge was. Asked for different room or replacement fridge but was told it wasn’t possible. Under the bed was also dirty - had not been cleaned between guests as we found rubbish that wasn’t ours under the bed. Nice shower. Friendly staff. Handy location .

£7 for a portion of cold chips ?

Check-in was a let down receptionist @ check-in was very bland and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Interacted with another receptionist on my second night and he was very pleasant so I guess the 1st one isn’t a reflection of the hotel. Rooms clean but dated. Dinner items are overpriced and who charges £7 for just cold chips when you order a steak ????!

Real poor confort, stay not enjoyable

The air conditioner was very noisy, I had to switch off it to be able to sleep. The television was perpendicular to the bed, it was not confortable to watch the TV. I has few evening team meetings planned but the wifi was bad quality and cut on/off frequently. I have to cancel all my meetings because of bad wifi.

Some Redeeming Qualities

The location and the lady at breakfast are the redeeming qualities of this hotel. Rest of the staff are abrupt or rude. Food is a very poor standard, with the exception of breakfast. Cleaning staff knock to clean at 7am on day of check out every time I stay here.
