3rd floor close to elevator, room very quiet! Bed cozy, maid service great. But no ice close, and staff had issues getting it up to the room for us. And billing drinks to the room was an issue, so we didn’t bother trying to bill our supper to the room. Felina food and drinks good, but not as good as the price makes you believe it will be. Very Loud And service is terrible. They try, but… We will stay here again when in this area. Very convenient for us.

we thought the hotel was very pretty and festive. When we first went into our room to check in, it was clean and seemed nice When we came back after dinner to go to bed, the heating system in the room was very loud and it kept turning on and turning off so we turned it completely off only to find that our room was located over some large heating and air air-conditioning equipment that was very loud and you couldn’t stop the noise. We got very little sleep and then woke up to no hot water and cold showers. When I told the management about it, they didn’t offer me anything except I’m sorry and then finally they offered a $50 credit Honestly, when I go to a hotel and pay over $300 for a room if I can’t sleep and I have to take w cold shower I think I should be fully refunded for the stay. Sleep and a hot shower are the primary things a guess would like to have but they’reneting a hotel room for the nights. We were very disappointed.

Nicely renovated rooms in the heart of summit. Staff friendly. When we were early for the buffet the chef actually showed us around the banquet room and encouraged us to tour the downstairs. How could you ask for more

I loved the hotel. HoweverParking Sat night was horrendous. Which I understand was the usual because of Restaurant/Bar....temporary parkers. They need an area dedicated to Hotel only. I was directed to an area way in the back a long with construction equipment. As someone who has already experienced 2 nails in a tire recently I was very dissatisfied.

The room seemed to be extremely run down and outdated. It seemed to be extremely moldy as my partner and I were up coughing almost all night and was fine once we left the property. Other people said the hotel was nice so I assume we just got an outdated room that has not been taken care of
